TikTok Ad Operations Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented TikTok Ad Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in paid social campaign execution. This role involves campaign setup, trafficking, troubleshooting, and performance reporting while ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule according to defined processes and timelines.
You will work closely with Campaign Managers and internal stakeholders to support campaign launches, monitor delivery performance, and maintain high-quality execution standards across all TikTok media activities.
Key Responsibilities
-Set up and manage digital media campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager
-Execute campaign trafficking based on media plans and briefing documents
-Create and manage audiences including prospecting, custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting segments.
-Configure tracking setups including pixels, conversion events, and UTM parameters
-Review trafficking sheets and ensure accurate campaign implementation
-Perform QA checks across campaigns, ad sets, creatives, and timelines
-Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and pixel tracking challenges
-Monitor pacing and campaign performance to ensure smooth execution
-Prepare regular campaign performance reports for internal teams and clients
-Follow campaign SOPs, processes, and best-practice execution standards
-Support Campaign Managers and Account Managers with execution-related requests
Requirements
Experience
2+ years of hands-on experience running campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager. Experience with campaign trafficking workflows and QA processes, and familiarity with conversion tracking setup including pixels and attribution
Strong experience in audience targeting strategies including:-Prospecting

-Lookalike audiences
